EAST VIRGINIA

East Virginia is the 51st state of the United States. With a pouplation well over 6.4, it is possibly the least confusing state to count the population. The capital is Red Star because it has a small red star-shaped canyon resembling an atlas icon. It has been in the Old York Noose for its resemblance to a crocodile's head when viewed ffom a helicopter. The entire state is powered by an unstable nuclear reactor. Oops, lemme rephrase that. What is left of the state was powered by a nuclear reactor.
